- 1990–1995 — Graduated from the Yerevan Institute of National Economy, specializing in Economics, Organization, and Planning of Industry, and received the qualification of an Economist.
Professional Experience
- Since May 2020 — Appointed Deputy Head of the Environmental Protection and Mining Inspection Body of the Republic of Armenia by the decision of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.
- 2017–2020 — Head of the Department for Control of Water, Atmosphere, Soil, Waste, and Hazardous Substances of the Environmental Protection and Mining Inspection Body.
- 2015–2016 — Advisor to the Chairman of the State Committee on Water Management of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Armenia.
- 2014–2015 — Head of the Department for Local Self-Government and Issues of Republican Executive Bodies of the Staff of the Kotayk Regional Administration.
- 2003–2013 — Worked in the Environmental State Inspectorate of the Ministry of Nature Protection of the Republic of Armenia as a State and Senior State Inspector in the Division for Control of Biodiversity, Soil, Waste, and Hazardous Substances.
- 1998–2001 — Deputy Director of the SCJSC“Construction Client” of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Armenia.
