Enforcement actions:

• 195 administrative penalties imposed
• Fines totaling AMD 27,160,000

Illegal subsoil use identified:

• 233 cases of illegal subsoil exploitation and concealment of extracted volumes
• Environmental damage calculated at AMD 2,042,139,643
• Detected illegal mineral volumes: 14,906,381.0 cubic meters, resulting in AMD 26,369,045,787 in damage to the state, assessed by the RA State Revenue Committee

Based on reports submitted by the Inspection Body, criminal proceedings were initiated by the Investigative Committee for cases of illegal subsoil use, and AMD 460,417,195.0 of damage was recovered for the state budget.
