Violations Rectified: EPMIB Lifts Suspension Measures

The inspectors of the Environmental Protection and Mining Inspection Body previously suspended illegal water abstraction by citizens A.A. and S.G. from one deep well each in the settlement of Hatsik, Armavir Region, where water was being used for irrigation purposes without water use permits.

In the settlement of Drakhtik, Gegharkunik Region, the drilling of an illegal deep well discovered within a recreational area operating on land leased by citizen A.I. from the "Sevan National Park" SNCO was also suspended.

All three citizens have obtained the required permits from the competent authority.

Decisions have been issued to lift the suspension measures.
