Education: The Foundation of National Development

Mr. Hovhannes Martirosyan, Head of the Environmental Protection and Mining Inspection Body, along with several staff members, visited more than 30 secondary and primary schools in Yerevan and other regions of the Republic.

During these visits, interactive discussions were held with students of various classes on environmental issues, ecological challenges in Armenia, and the importance of each citizen’s role in protecting the environment.

Students were encouraged to become drivers of environmental change in their communities and to set an example for others through their actions and influence.

The long-term educational program aims to promote environmental knowledge, culture, and awareness as a foundation for environmental protection and sustainable development for future generations.
