During the first half of 2025, the inspections in the field of land use and protection revealed:

• 99 cases of violations identified
• 32 administrative penalties imposed, totaling AMD 3,390,000 in fines

Additionally:

• AMD 3,117,053,733 in environmental damage has been calculated.

Reports submitted to law enforcement authorities:

• 52 cases, including:
• 12 cases of land pollution – damage estimated at AMD 2,635,501,466
• 40 cases of land degradation – damage estimated at AMD 141,933,833
